SCHOLARSHIP
INFORMATION
Matthew
Helms Memorial Scholarship Fund was established
April 18, 2004. This fund will provide scholarships
to young soccer players in effort to help them with
costs that are associated with the sport. Matt had
a passion and love for soccer, which he
demonstrated with his lifelong achievements. Matt
would be proud to help young men and women in
sharing his love for soccer. We are honored to
offer these scholarships in his memory.
Scholarships being offered are for classic soccer,
ODP or SuperY (next level soccer), and collegiate.

FOR COLLEGIATE SOCCER

Intent:
To assist seniors who have been accepted to play
collegiate soccer.
Amount:
$500.00
Recipients:
1 Male Student AND 1 Female Student
Qualifications:
- Graduating
senior who will continue to play collegiate
soccer
- Played
soccer senior year
- Student
in good standing
- Recommendation
