RISK MANAGEMENT
OCSA
OCSA complies with all NCYSA Risk Management guidelines and regualtions. All staff, head coaches, assistance coaches, managers and board member are required to complete and pass the NCYSA Risk Management procedures on a yearly basis.

North Carolina Youth Soccer Association Risk Management Application - For completion by adult participants of NCYSA Associations, NCSRA, State Select/ODP, and NCYSA whether coach, assistant coach, substitute coach, staff coach, team manager, skills trainer, director of coaching, associate director of coaching, athletic trainer, program administrator, referee, referee assistants, fourth official, assessor, instructors, certified referee assignor, ODP/State Select coaches and administrators, and Association officer employed, serving as a volunteer of, serving as an independent contractor of, or endorsed by an Association or a team of an Association (each such person being 'associated' and having an 'association' with such Association).
