TRAINING FEES

2009-2010 OCSA REGISTRATION AND TRAINING FEES
OCSA Jr. Academy and Classic dues payment schedule is broken down into monthly payments for each age group. These monthly payments do not cover any additional coaching travel expenses or tournament fees with the individual teams. OCSA offers a sibling discount of 25% off dues for multiple players in the program.

EXPLANATION OF OCSA FEES
In effort to make transparent our operating expenses, we would like to explain to our membership where your money is directed in our daily operations.
The membership fees each family pays to OCSA Coastal Crew support the annual operations of the club. The operating expenses incurred by Onslow Classic Soccer Association include, but are not limited to:

Salaries for Full-time soccer staff, team coach salaries, administrative costs, office overhead, part-time administrative staff, accounting/taxes, field maintenance & equipment, equipment repair, capital expenditures, field rentals (Kerr St./Jack Amyette), rest room rentals, and miscellaneous expenditures.

In addition to the fees paid to OCSA, each member is responsible for monthly team dues. The team dues will vary depending on each individual team's projected plan of operation for the season. These dues will cover costs which include but are not limited to coach travel fees, tournament entry fees, referee fees, equipment, calling post services, recruiting brochures, etc...

Many teams undertake fundraisers to offset team expenses, and thus reduce or eliminate the monthly team fees each family has to pay. The fundraising activities develop a sense of ownership, responsibility, and team spirit amongst the players and families who work together towards a common goal.

Uniform kits are a additional expense not covered in the above fees. Uniforms have a 3-year cycle before they are moved out of production by the manufacturer. (When a player joins the club, he/she may get 1, 2, or 3 years out of a uniform depending upon where in the manufacturing cycle that individual joins an OCSA team).

As we have stated it is the goal of the organization to reinvest in our membership while providing the necessary resources to build a first class organization in which we can all have a tremendous amount of pride.
