Tryout Requirements

Tryouts will have no walk in registration and all paperwork must be received a day in advance of scheduled tryout or you won’t be able to participate.
Please know your size for t-shirt as you will only receive one and it can’t be exchanged due to covid 19 guidelines.
Purchase price will be $10.00 if you make a mistake in size.

All participants new or returning must provide copy of birth certificate and fill out the waivers below. Waivers and copy of bc must be uploaded, faxed or received by email a day before scheduled tryout date.
